Hi everybody, My friends Sharif and Nakisa are having a Hafla to celebrate his birthday tonight (Saturday). You're all invited to come. It will be tons of fun. Both Sharif and Nakisa have been bellydancing for about 4 years now, Sharif is one of the few men in the area that's taken to bellydance with passion and enthusiasm, and both he and Nakisa love to to dance. They've also taken up dance photography and will have their backdrop and camera set up tonight. So get dressed up in your best Tribal finery and come out and dance and have your picture taken, (or not). I'll be there all evening so don't be shy. This is a chance to come out and create a wider sense of community and connect with other really fun amazing dancers. Don't feel obligated to dress up if you don't want to, last year some people showed up in their jeans with a hip scarf, this isn't a big production number. Just a lot of fun.
