Basic with arm variations. I'm less clear on how to describe these. I'll need more work and input. 3/4 shimmy. is Up, Down, Up on the weighted leg. You get a nice little snappy feeling in your obliques, the top of your tensor facilate, and illial psoas if you're doing this one right I think. I feel that sometimes and that's when it looks best in the mirror.
